We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please use the pre-paid return label included in your package or generate one via our online returns portal.

Are VAUDE products waterproof?
Many of our outdoor jackets and bike bags are waterproof. We use Eco Finish technology, which provides water repellency without the use of environmentally harmful fluorocarbons (PFCs).
