Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in the original shipping box and include the completed return form to ensure your refund is processed correctly.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid climate-neutral shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping point; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
